It is estimated that between 80-90% of our building stock is at least 5 years old, meaning that "greening" those buildings is critical to capturing the resource savings we need. Designed with Building Owners, Operators, Maintenance Professionals, Architects, and Engineers in mind, this workshop will explore the LEED EB O&M rating system, from mandatory performance thresholds to certification submittal. The presentation will utilize case studies and examples as we explore the ramifications of LEED EB O&M.
