This class is for every commercial/industrial kitchen operator and will provide vital information about refrigeration equipment, from basic guidance on how to purchase, operate, and maintain efficient refrigeration, to how to keep refrigerators and freezers running as long and efficiently as possible. A refrigeration preventative-maintenance professional will be presenting the facts about inefficient refrigerators and freezers and how poorly maintained boxes waste expensive electricity. Attendees will find out more about the Energy Star program and California Energy Wise rebates.
