The Coolerado™ indirect evaporative cooling system may offer a viable alternative to conventional air conditioners in some applications. In 2004, the first commercially available Coolerado was installed at a school in Sacramento, California. This report provides a candid detailed account of a six year research effort and includes summaries of monitored performance, estimates for energy savings and peak electrical demand reduction.
