Evaporative Coolers and Cool House Fan Integration

Evaluate if integrating a whole house fan with evaporative or vapor-compression cooling is economically viable and efficient to meet cooling needs in new low-income housing. Two controllers have been designed to achieve energy savings, one to integrate a whole-house fan with an evaporative cooler and another that one integrates an evaporative cooler with an air conditioner. An economizer system has also been designed and installed to work with an HVAC system for a manufactured home.
