Produce diagnostic procedures that can be used by building practitioners to determine when the performance of building systems has degraded to the point that the cost in terms of efficiency or comfort merits replacement or repair, develop a procedure to assess the economic viability of older EMCS systems as monitoring systems, develop and deploy high-speed electrical load monitoring capable of providing component-specific load information from a centralized location, and incorporate occupant feedback into building system diagnostics so that the efficiency and effectiveness of building operations can be improved.
