Develop and demonstrate fully automated diagnostic methods for HVAC equipment based on electrical data obtained from a small number of inexpensive, centralized, high speed meters, with emphasis on equipment scheduling and cycling faults and faults that can be revealed via analysis of electrical startup transients.
