This electrochromic window coatings project is designed to address a number of key technical issues that are critical to facilitate successful dployment of electrochromic windows in the marketplace. Among them are qualification of manufacturers, advancement of understanding of reliability, development of control strategies, verification of cooling load reduction, and others. Making the knowledge gained available in a variety of venues is a key additional objective.
