Enhance the modeling of duct systems in EnergyPlus to treat the effects of leakage and insulation on thermal performance and energy consumption and hence properly account for duct performance, assess the benefits of duct leakage/insulation improvements using the enhanced version of EnergyPlus, and produce a complete package for including duct performance improvements into the next update of the Title 24 Energy Efficiency Standards for Non-Residential Buildings.
