This project optimizes the Demand Response Quick Assessment Tool (DRQAT), a building energy simulation software tool used to model demand response (DR) events within large commercial buildings. The accuracy of the models, within the software tool, was improved by comparing simulation results to baseline and pre-cooling data from DR events conducted at the Tri-City Corporate Center in San Bernardino, California.
