This report summarizes the fourth phase of an LED street lighting assessment project conducted to study the applicability of LED luminaries in a in a street lighting application.  In Phase II, conducted in Fall 2007, fifteen 78-watt LED luminaries replaced a like number of 121-watt high-pressure sodium (HPS) luminaries (nominal 100-watt) in residential Oakland.  In Phase III, conducted in Fall 2008, the luminaries on one of the Phase II street lights were replaced with the next generation LED luminaries (58 watts) from the same manufacturer.  In Phase IV, conducted in October 2009, field measurements were repeated under the LED luminaries to quantify lighting performance after one year (approximately 4,000 hours) of operation.
