This project seeks to validate and establish demand response (DR) potential for commercial refrigeration, commercial lighting, residential building control, and commercial building control systems. This project addresses Phase 1 of potentially a multi-phase, multi-year effort to evaluate the possible incorporation of DR into the California Building Energy Efficiency Standards (Title 24).
