Office of the Future - Landmark Square Building

This Office of the Future pilot project collects measured energy use from on-the-ground installations. A stepped baseline, starting with existing conditions, allows Measurement and Verification (M&V) investigations into the contribution of savings from lighting and lighting controls, and plug load control measures, respectively. Measured outcomes can be compared to the existing baseline and the various code baselines, as defined in California by 2008
