APS2 Online Limited-Time-Offer ET Assessment

This purpose of this assessment was to understand the install and persistence rates, as well as satisfaction levels, for self-installed Tier 2 Advanced Power Strips.  The devices were offered to PG&E residential customers, identified as more likely to be technically savvy and participate in rebate programs, by means of an online limited-time-only offer.  1,076 customers accepted the offer of a $10 purchase price, discounted from a $80 retail cost.  170 of the participants completed an online survey that was conducted 2-3 months after installation or distribution.
