Customer Centric Approach to Scaling IDSM Retrofits

The project's primary goal will be to demonstrate and evaluate an innovative methodology combining the traditional technical approach with customer centric needs for designing IDSM/ZNE packages for energy efficiency retrofits that could enable scaling energy efficiency in existing low-income communities. This project is intended to demonstrate IDSM/ZNE solutions within the multifamily category. A Low-income multifamily property will be utilized for the demonstration.
