Project Number ET17SCE7020 Organization SCE End-use Whole Building Sector Residential Project Year(s) 2017 - 2023

It will also look at integrating ZNE homes into the electric grid. This project will demonstrate ZNE solutions within the multifamily category. The outcomes from this project will provide input to the development of T24 code, develop neighborhood planning tools, assist developers and builders for cost effective ZNE, and utilities distribution systems planning to factor expected load performance of ZNE homes.
