A large majority of industrial facilities in California generate heat as part of their manufacturing processes. Much of this heat is rejected into the environment at varying temperatures above the ambient levels.   This project will demonstrate and evaluate the integration of waste heat technologies, state of the art solar thermal collectors, hot storage and an ORC to improve overall system efficiency and drastically reduce GHGs.
