This report describes data sources, results, and provides links to spreadsheets containing the input data and calculations used in the 2008 Time Dependent Valuation (TDV) update to include demand response. There is an accompanying report that describes the methodology used to develop the 2008 TDV values for each energy type: electricity, natural gas, and propane (Time Dependent Valuation of Energy – Incorporating Demand Response into the Building Energy Efficiency Standards: Methodology).
